Holiday Park Fair Trader
The National Caravan Council's Fair Trader Holiday Park Scheme helps you identify trustworthy parks across the UK that put you, the consumer, first. At any of the Fair Trader holiday parks you'll find:
1. That the park is committed to high standards of customer care and puts the customer first.
2. That the park has achieved a minimum of three stars under the British Graded Holiday Park Scheme, a national quality standard operated by VisitBritain, the company that assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on the park.
3. That the park complies with industry Code of Practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English.
4. That the park has been thoroughly assessed by an independent quality assessor and has met the scheme's strict criteria.
5. That the park will continue to be assessed at least every two years to remain in the scheme; it may be subjected to unannounced checks as well.
