    Can we earn an income from our Holiday Home?

    We have an excellent managed letting system in operation. We deal with all aspects of letting on your behalf, however should you wish to let privately you are free to do so. (Full details available on request)

    How much are the Holiday Homes?

    Used Holiday Homes generally start from £9,995 and we sell all makes and models of new Holiday Homes up to 37ft long x 12ft wide with central heating and double glazing. Prices will reflect the various models available.

    What are the annual running costs?

    As one of our valued owners apart from the initial outlay when you purchase your Holiday Home, there are annual running costs. These costs include site fees, insurance, rates and annual Gas/Electrical safety tests.

    Is buying a Holiday Home a good investment?

    A Holiday Home is an investment in your leisure time and as such is not viewed as a financial investment.

    How long can we keep our Holiday Home on the park?

    We are members of the N.C.C. and B.H.H.P.A. and as such we provide a code of practice for you. The minimum period owners normally keep a new 12ft wide Holiday Home with us is 12 years, and 10 years with a 10ft wide model.

    Do we have to find our own finance?

    Black Horse Finance

    We have an association with Black Horse Finance (which are part of the LloydsTSB Group) and are happy to provide you with very competitive quotes on request. We also offer a low deposit scheme.

    Do Holiday Homes come with a warranty?

    All new Holiday Homes come with a manufacturers warranty of 12 months. All used Holiday Homes come with a park warranty of 3 months.
