Take the unusual sea tractor over to this fascinating island, known for its Art Deco Hotel and setting for two Agatha Christie mysteries. There's also an excellent fisherman's pub if you get peckish before heading back.

Burgh Island is a star in its own right; it's been a setting for Lovejoy, a couple of Agatha Christie programmes, a TV adaptation of 'Evil Under The Sun' and the 1965 film 'Catch Us If You Can'.
Take a ride to Burgh Island on the third generation hydraulic Sea Tractor, the only one in the world. Designed in 1969 by Robert Jackson CBE in exchange for a case of champagne and costing £9,000 to build, the Sea Tractor is an historic icon.
