Amazing Attractions near Looe Bay

Just minutes away from the holiday park, the pretty town of Looe encapsulates everything we love about Cornwall. It has a superb beach, enchanting historic cottages and a fine selection of restaurants that serve fish straight from the harbour. It's a brilliant introduction to a region renowned for its outstanding attractions.

From Looe, you can visit sights like Polperro, an ancient smuggler's village, or come face-to-face with exotic wonders at the Monkey Sanctuary and Porfell Wildlife Park. Further afield lies the Eden Project, where ecosystems from across the globe are recreated in special biomes. The rainforest's canopy walkway is breathtaking!

Residents like Joel, who grew up in Looe, also says that even if it rains, there's plenty of fun to be had nearby, "Cornwall is very outdoorsy, so it can be a nightmare in the rain, but anything sea-based or water-based then you’re fine because you’re going to get wet anyway. Just because it's raining shouldn't stop you from going to sea, you get more wet walking on a beach in your clothes than you do in a wetsuit because they’re designed to be wet.”
