Porthcawl is host to the Elvis Festival every September which was voted one of the UK's top twenty summer festivals by The Times 2008. Trecco Bay Holiday Park also has its own successful Elvis Festival running in the same month. Thank you very much!
The Merthyr Mawr sand dunes, just 6 miles from park are said to be the largest in Europe. They were also used in the shooting of the film Lawrence of Arabia.
