The surrounding scenery is magnificent, with its numerous lochs and mountains, ideal for exploring with an integrated network of forest trails and mountain bike routes. Aviemore is less than an hour away where you can ski-lift to the top of the Cairngorms. You can also explore numerous stately homes and castles, including Blair, Menzies and Taymouth which are all nearby. The local towns of Pitlochry and Aberfeldy are also close at hand and well worth a visit.
