The park is very good; close to home and easily accessible. There is an indoor pool complex, bars, restaurants and even a surf shop - excellent facilities. Very good, the staff could not do enough to help us.

The park is ten minutes drive to Ayr and is set within the countryside. The park’s facilities make it an ideal location for a weekend getaway or a long break and there is no need to leave the park for food, drink and entertainment.
From children to pensioners, there is no part of the park you can’t walk to. All the caravans had their plus points with a high specification, and were individually decorated to suit the price.

The park is nice and peaceful. It’s handy for my home address but away from home all the same. It’s an excellent setting with excellent children’s entertainment. The staff are very helpful and friendly, any problems have been dealt with promptly. Children’s and adult facilities can’t be faulted.

The park is beautifully situated near the village centre and close to the sea. Every effort was made by the sales staff to ensure that the caravan was ‘right’ for us. 100% what else can I say?

On our first visit to Cherry Tree Holiday Park, we were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from the staff. The attractive layout of the caravans and cleanliness of the park, along with the various attractions and facilities impressed us immensely.
We didn’t hesitate in buying our first caravan close to all the amenities but later, decided to upgrade it for a more luxurious, larger one in a different location, offering more outside space. We enjoy meeting other caravan owners at the variety of ‘get together’ parties and functions which the staff provide.
Owning our own caravan has enabled us to get away for breaks and relaxing holidays throughout most of the year. Thank you Parkdean staff - we appreciate your warm friendliness and cheerfulness so much.

Within walking distance of beach and funfair and a short drive to historic places i.e. Portsmouth, Chichester and Arundel. The staff are friendly and always ready to help especially children’s club entertainers.
The caravans have changed since we first came and have just got better and better. Just like a home from home.
